Sara E. (Shick) Busdosh, 87, of White Oak, died Friday December 16, 2016. She was born August 28, 1929 in West Mifflin, a daughter of the late John Reuben and Mary Elizabeth (King) Shick and was also preceded in death by her husband Charles Edward Busdosh Sr., her daughter in law Janet Busdosh, and a brother John Charles Shick. She was a graduate of the McKeesport Hospital School of Nursing and worked as a registered nurse at McKeesport Hospital for forty six years.

She was a member of the board of directors of the McKeesport Hospital Nurses Alumni Association and was a member of Dravosburg United Methodist Church. She is survived by her children Charles E. Busdosh Jr (Mary Schmidt) of Red Wing, MN, Mary Ann Busdosh of White Oak, and Lois J, (Paul) Dollman of Penn Hills; grandchildren, Amanda (Joshua) Yurchison and Marie (Timothy Jr.) Moreau; great grandchildren, Alex, Natalie, Madison, and Summer; her sister in law, Rowena Shick of North Huntingdon; many nieces and nephews; and her puppy and four cats. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. Wednesday at the William Snyder Funeral Home Inc., 521 Main Street, Irwin, 724-863-1200. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Dravosburg United Methodist Church with Rev. Jeff Conn, officiating. Interment will follow in Richland Cemetery.
