Dennis J. Viscusi, age 62 of Jefferson Hills, passed away Thursday, December 22, 2016 in Jefferson Hospital. Born July 13, 1954 in McKeesport, he was a son of the late John P. and Catherine (Metz) Viscusi.

Dennis was a graduate of Clairton High School and the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Chemistry. He worked at US Steel Clairton Works and retired from the US Bureau of Mines in South Park. Dennis is survived by his wife Mary Ann (Walton) Viscusi; his daughter Melissa (Keith) Smith of Elizabeth; his grandchildren Mary (Brian) Smith of Pittsburgh, Jonathon Peterson of Jefferson Hills, Andrew Peterson of Elizabeth, and Mia and Joshua Smith of Elizabeth; his sisters Rose Ann Mannarino of Clairton, Renee (Paul) DiSanto of Elizabeth, and Cheryl (Tony) Valvo of Hopewell; and also numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received in the A.J. Bekavac Funeral Home, 555 5th. St., Clairton, PA 15025 (412-233-5700) on Monday, December 26, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. A Blessing will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at 11 AM with burial and procession to follow to Jefferson Memorial Park in Pleasant Hills. www.bekavacfuneralhome.com
