Colleen A. Doonan, age 76, of McKeesport, formerly of Elizabeth Township, died July 12, 2025 at AHN Forbes. Born October 18, 1948, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Thomas James and Dorothy Mae (Finnegan) Flanigan and the wife of the late Joseph Doonan.

Colleen devoted her life to caring for others. She worked at the adult daycare at Kane, where her kindness and dedication made an impact on the lives of those she served. Colleen's passion for helping others was further fueled by her education at the Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC), where she studied Human Services and obtained her Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. In addition to her professional achievements, Colleen was an active member of the Munhall Garden Club, where her love for nature and her passion for community blossomed.

Colleen is survived by her children, Dana (Dwight) Kidder of Washington, PA and Thomas Doonan of McKeesport, PA; sister, Marea Taylor; and granddaughter, Catie Erfort.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by her sister, Joyce Flanigan; and brother Thomas Flanigan.

Private arrangements were entrusted to Willig Funeral Home & Crematory. A blessing service, committal prayers, and burial took place at Round Hill Cemetery.
