Jacqueline "Jackie" Jonel (Jaworski) Sowa, age 87, of White Oak, died Friday, September 5, 2025, at her residence. Born February 17, 1938, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Wencelaus and Marian Jaworski and wife of the late Stanley A. "Lefty" Sowa.

Jacqueline was a member of St. Angela Merici Parish, White Oak and was involved with the Sisters of Charity and Meals on Wheels.

She is survived by her children, Mark (Connie) Sowa of North Huntingdon; Chris Sowa of Troutman, NC; Scott Sowa of White Oak; granddaughters, Jessica Sowa and Ashley (Andrew) Weinheimer; sister-in-laws, Patricia Jaworski of White Oak, and Mary Sowa of Perrysburg, OH; two great grandsons and many cherished nieces and nephews. Jacqueline was also preceded in death by siblings Robert Jaworski, Gloria Loutitt, Felix "Don" Jaworski, Geraldine "Gerry" Nolder, and Tanya Jordan.

Her generosity, kindness, grace, and faith were her gifts by example to all who knew and loved her.

Arrangements were entrusted to Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, 10 a.m. at St. Angela Merici Church. The burial will follow at St. Mary Polish Cemetery. Condolences and memories may be shared at www.jaycox-jaworskifh.com.
