Eleanor L. Ruozzi, 91, of Buena Vista, died Friday, December 30, 2016 at home. She was born August 21, 1925 in Monessen and was the daughter of the late Edward and Alice Peters Deutsch. She was the wife of the late Risveglio "Rice" A. Ruozzi who died June 29, 2014. They were married for 67 years. Eleanor and Rice were proprietors of the former Valley Food Mart in Buena Vista for 50 years.

She is survived by grandsons, Robert "Reggie" (Crissy) Good, III of Buena Vista, Lonnie (Amy) Ruozzi of White Oak, Christa (Dave) Diebel of Sutersville, and Chad Ruozzi of North Huntingdon, great-grandchildren, Kayla, Bailey, and Michael Diebel, Jenna Ruozzi, Derrick and Marissa Stewart and Brooke Good, great-great-granddaughter, Hadley Diebel, daughter-in-law, Bonita Ruozzi of Irwin, son-in-law, Robert E. "Bob" Good, Jr., of Buena Vista, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Reese "Bungo" Ruozzi who died February 19, 2013, daughter, Renee J. Good who died January 10, 2016, sister, June Kearns and brother, Donald Deutsch. There is no visitation. Graveside service will be held in the West Newton Cemetery.
