Warren Elton Faust, 95, of Elizabeth Township, died Monday, January 2, 2017. He was born July 13, 1921 in Lowber, and was the son of the late Judson E. and May Marshall Faust. He was a member of First Evangelical Free Church of McKeesport and was a retired Industrial Engineer for US Steel Clairton Works. Warren was a US Navy Pilot serving in WWII. He was a graduate of California State Teachers College with a B.S. in Industrial Education.
He is survived by his wife, Doris Detar Faust, children, Gary (Brenda) Faust of Rochester Hills, MI, Terry (Rene) Faust and Nancy (Felix) Demolin of Elizabeth Township and James (Emily) Faust of Clemson, SC, brother, Emerson Faust and sister, Jean Faust of Greensburg, 9 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by sisters, Frances Gordon, Irene Middlemiss and Gladys Bertok, and brothers, Allan and R. Neil Faust. Friends are welcome Thursday January 5 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. (412) 751-5000 Drew J. Gilbert, Director. Funeral service will be held Friday January 6 at 10 am at the First Evangelical Free Church, 4001 University Drive, McKeesport. (Everyone please meet at the church). The Rev.
