Evelyn Marie (Stauffer) Hobby, 90, of Greenock, died Monday February 13, 2017 at home. She was born August 25, 1926 in McKeesport and was the daughter of the late Ira Euastice and Laura Krampf Stauffer. She was the wife of the late Andrew J. Hobby, Jr., who died April 19, 2012. Evelyn was a member of the Greenock United Methodist Church, Versailles and White Oak AARP, and Lifespan. She is survived by her daughters, Karen (Jon) Madaras of Finleyville and Sue (Scott) Thomas of Forward Township, grandchildren, Jonathan and Jared Madaras and Christopher and Ryan Thomas, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Margaret E. Coulson. Friends are welcome Thursday February 16 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. (412) 751-5000 Drew J.
