Ralph A. Criscito, age 68 of Irwin, passed away on February 17, 2017 at his home. Born December 20, 1948 in McKeesport, he was the son of Olga Janiel Criscito and the late Anthony R. Criscito. Ralph honorably served in the US Army during the Vietnam War with the 173rd Airborne. Following his military service, he began working as a draftsman for Westinghouse Transportation Division and later for AEG Transportation. He most recently worked as a shipping clerk for Bombardier, having retired after many years of service. He was a member of the Irwin VFW where he enjoyed spending time with his fellow veterans, however his greatest joy was the time shared with his family. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his son, Jeffrey Criscito of Irwin; granddaughter, Mia Rosa Criscito; sisters, Kathy Reichardt of Marietta, OH, Cindy Mosqueda of Confluence and Sandy Matthews of North Huntingdon; and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Saturday, February 25, 2017 from 12 noon until time of Blessing Service at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Father Daniel Straughn will officiate. Private inurnment will take place at a later date at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. Condolences may be shared at www.jaycox-jaworskifh.com
