Ruth E. (Kossmer) Waltenbaugh, age 86, of East McKeesport, passed away Monday, February 27, 2017. She was born August 3, 1930 in East Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Michael and Susan (Magyar) Kossmer. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Chester Waltenbaugh; and sister Loretta McKalip. She is survived by her sister Michele Kelley; and her nieces and nephews.

Private service. Interment at Penn Lincoln Memorial Park in North Huntingdon Township. Memorial contributions can be made to the St. Jude the Apostle Parish, 405 Westinghouse Avenue, Wilmerding, PA 15148.
