James Anthony Schaible, age 79, of Rushville, Ohio, entered eternal life on April 10, 2017. James was born October 22, 1937 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. James attended St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, he was a graduate of McKeesport H.S. Class of 1955, James was a proud Veteran of the United States Army.

James was a very loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He will be missed by all who loved him. James is preceded in death by his son Jeffery Schaible, sisters, Ruth Lyons, Lorraine Seigh, brothers Dan, Jack and George Lyons. He is survived by his children Shannon (Tammy) Schaible, Lori (Lopez) Hillborn, sister Marge Peterson and grandchildren, KC Schaible, Caitlin Schaible, Emily Schaible, Kaitlyn Brooks, Brennan Brooks, David Lopez, Jessica Lopez, Angel Lopez, Alaura Lopez and great-grandchildren Brayleigh, Natalynn and Canaan Mitchell as well as friends Buddy (Lois) Thomas and Jamie (Tammy) Thomas. Family will receive friends Saturday April 15, 2017 2-4PM at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME 5265 Norwich Street, Hilliard, Ohio 43026. Funeral service will follow at 4PM. Following James wishes he will be cremated. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, PO Box 1000 Department 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908.
