Ida (Korap) Pecora, age 97 of McKeesport, died July 23, 2017 at William Penn Care Center.  Born December 21, 1919 in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Godek) Korap and wife of the late Andrew J. Pecora, Sr.

She is survived by sons, Michael Pecora and Andrew J. Pecora, Jr.; son-in-law Paul Craychee; grandchildren, Michelle, Matthew, Brandi, A.J., Tim, and Kelly; 3 great-grandchildren and sister, Dolores (James) Hampton.  She was preceded in death by daughter, Janice Craychee and brothers and sisters.  Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.  A blessing service will be held on Thursday, July 27, 2017 at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.  Rev. Efren Ambre will officiate.  Burial will follow at New St. Joseph Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to St. John Baptist de La Salle & St. Mary, Our Lady of Lourdes Parish at 5900 Kennedy Ave. Export, PA  15632.  Condolences may be shared at www.jaycox-jaworskifh.com
