Alberta Henderson McQueen, 95, of McKeesport, Pennsylvania, died August 24, 2017 in UPMC McKeesport Hospital.

Born March 16, 1922 in Rutledge, AL, daughter of the late Thomas and Ruth Barber Henderson; also preceded in death by husband, L.C. McQueen.

She was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church and served on the Usher Board. 

Survivors include children, Arthur McQueen of Oxnard, CA and Annie Holly of McKeesport; step-son, Clarence McQueen of VA; siblings, Ruby Johnson, Jessie Henderson, Ed Lee Henderson all of McKeesport, and Edward Henderson of Hampton, VA; four granddaughters, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends

Friends will be received Wednesday from 10- 11 am at the at the Robert A. Waters Funeral Home, Inc., 2326 Jenny Lind Street, McKeesport, Pennsylvania, where service will beginat 11:00 am with Rev. Richard Truss officiating.

Interment will follow in the Jefferson Memorial Park, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Arrangements entrusted to the Robert A. Waters Funeral Home, Inc., McKeesport, PA.
