A private memorial service was held today for Irving D. Newby, 67 years old of Duquesne, Pennsylvania, died September 15, 2017 in UPMC McKeesport Hospital.

He was born February 28, 1950 in McKeesport, PA, son of the late Irving and Esther Bradley Newby.

He worked as a Technician for Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory.

Surviving include wife, Daryl J. Newby, son, Wesley Newby of Duquesne, daughter, Chelsea Newby all of Duquesne, and sister, Denise Pettiford of North Versailles.

Interment will be private.

Arrangements entrusted to the Robert A. Waters Funeral Home, Inc., McKeesport, PA.
