Pamela Sue Kynor Cassin, 43, of Elizabeth Township, died Monday, September 25, 2017 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born July 16, 1974 in McKeesport and was the daughter of Dorothy "Dot" Bryce Mihalic of Elizabeth Township and Garrett "Gary" (Denise) Kynor of Versailles. Pam was a member of the Christ United Methodist Church of North Huntingdon and was a hairdresser and bartender. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her children, Hannah Hughes, Dylan Winters, Leah Cassin and Chaise Faychak, sisters, Cynthia Lee (Jay) Weinberg of North Huntingdon and Melissa Ann Mihalic Raynes of Jefferson Hills, brothers, Charles Allen (Peaches) Boyles of Elizabeth Township and Garrett Clyde Kynor, Jr., of Pleasant Hills, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mark Winters, daughter, Shelby Lynn Albeck, sister, Lisa Kynor and brother, Richard Crammer.
Friends are welcome Thursday, September 28 from 1-4 and 6-9:00 pm at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. (412) 751-5000 Drew J. Gilbert, director. Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday, September 29 at 11:00 with The Rev. Dr. Sang Kong Choi, officiating. Interment will follow in the Mount Vernon Cemetery, Elizabeth Township. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Dorothy Mihalic to help care for Pam's children.
