Lucy Norgren, age 84, of McKeesport, died October 1, 2017, at John J. Kane Regional Center. Born October 26, 1932, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Ignacio and Gregoria (Centino) Mosqueda and the former wife of the late Charles M. Norgren, Sr.

Lucy dedicated her life to caring for her family. She was a member of the former St. Peter's Church. Lucy had a passion for collecting Beanie Babies and Chihuahua puppy dolls.
She is survived by her children, Edward, of McKeesport, Charles Jr. (Karen) of West Miffiln, Cheryl Yuhas of McKeesport, Ruth Blue of North Versailles, James of Kissimmee, FL, Michael of Kissimmee, FL and Sharon Nagy of Virginia; grandchildren; great grandchildren; great great grandchildren; brothers, Alfred Mosqueda of Turtle Creek and Robert Mosqueda of El Paso, TX. In addition to her husband and parents, Lucy was also preceded in death by a daughter, Pamela; siblings, Lupe and Manuel.
Family and friends will be received at Willig Funeral Home & Crematory on Wednesday, October 4, 2017, from 2- 4 p.m. and 7 - 9 p.m. and Thursday, from 2-4 p.m. and 7- 9 p.m. A blessing service will be held Friday, at 10 a.m., in the funeral home chapel, with Fr.
