Loretta Agnes Algeri, age 78 of White Oak, formerly of Duquesne, died October 28, 2017 in McKeesport. Born March 24, 1939 in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Elizabeth (Pucci) Algeri.

Loretta was a dedicated charge aid for 31 years at the former Jane Holmes Residence in Wilkinsburg. She loved spending time going to lunch with her friends, was an expert at crossword puzzles, and always found joy when she played the guitar. She is survived by her daughter, Denise (Robert Brookins, Jr.) Petroski of McKeesport; grandchildren, Amber Petroski, Bernard  Auckerman and Dallas (Malorie) Petroski; great-grandchildren, Brooke Auckerman, Savanna Aukerman, Sienna Aukerman, Sophia Aukerman, Sterling Aukerman, Zach Petroski, Layla Petroski, Casey Petroski and Anakin Petroski; brother, David (Joan) Algeri of Versailles; nephew, David Algeri, Jr.; sisters-in-law, Eileen Szymarek, Sandy Warren and Debbie Peliklik; Godson, Daniel L. Radaker, Jr.; dearest friends, Laverne and Daniel L. Radaker, Sr., Saundra Lovas, Lisa Ackerman, and many other friends and family that will miss her dearly.  Family and friends will be received at Willig Funeral Home & Crematory on Thursday, November 2, 2017 from 11 a.m. until time of Memorial Service at 12 Noon in the funeral home chapel. Chaplain Elizabeth Mayforth will officiate. Inurnment will follow at Holy Name Cemetery in West Mifflin. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund Alliance, P.O.
