Robert J. “Bob” Hornak, 83, of Liberty Borough, died Dec. 13, 2017, in McKeesport.

Born Oct. 5, 1934, in McKeesport, he was the son of the late Joseph and Anna (Jacko) Hornak and the husband of Patricia L. (Johnson) Hornak.

Visitation will be held at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Father Daniel Straughn on Monday, 10:00 a.m., at Liberty Borough Worship Site of St. Mark Parish.  Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Port Vue.  Memorials are suggested to St. Mark Parish or The ALS Association.  Condolences may be shared at www.jaycoxjaworskifh.com
