Richard S. Cotter, age 63, of Jefferson Hills, passed away on Monday, December 18, 2017 in Bermuda. He was a senior MEP coordinator for DCK Worldwide in Pittsburgh. He was a member of the IDPA, a competitive marksman, and a ham radio operator.

Born May 22, 1954 in Oakland, CA, he was a son of the late Neil and Louise Lucero Cotter. He is survived by his wife, Mary Katherine (Lawry) Cotter; daughter, Tiffany Morgan of Jefferson Hills; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sister, Sheila Streeter of California; brother, Mark Cotter of California; also, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by daughter, Leah LaBryer. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, 221 North Second Avenue, Elizabeth on Friday, Dec. 29, 2017, from 1-3 and 5 until the time of service at 7 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Jude Urso officiating.
