Robin C. Murphy, age 50, of McKeesport, died December 29, 2017, at UPMC McKeesport. Born December 24, 1967, in Leesburg, VA, she was the daughter of the late William and Jean Carter. Robin dedicated her life to caring for her family. She is survived by her daughters, Colleen Murphy of McKeesport and Kelly Carter of VA.
