Charles Allen “Red” Barrett, 76, of Glassport passed away at home on Wednesday February 21, 2018.  He was born in Pittsburgh, November 11, 1941 to the late Joseph and Elizabeth Packer Barrett.  He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Agnes Rushe Barrett; sons, Chuck (Sheri) A. Barrett of Glassport, Tom (Gina) W. Barrett of Dravosburg; grandchildren, Hannah & Brett; siblings, Richard Barrett of Brookville, PA, William (Wanda) Barrett of Boone, NC, Shirlee Forbes of NC, Beth (Chuck) Coulter of McKeesport, and Ruth Martin of Glassport.  Along with his parents, Charles was preceded in death by bothers James & Michael Barrett and sister Mary Johnson.  He was employed by General Motor’s Fisher Body Division as a welder, collected coins & toy trains and enjoyed fishing and hunting.  Visitation will take place from 2 – 6 pm Sunday, February 25, 2018 at E. C. FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 235 Monongahela Avenue, Glassport,  PA   15045.
