Denise Marcel Ancarana, 59, of McKeesport, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. She was born January 27, 1957 in McKeesport and was the daughter of John H. Waugaman, Jr. of West Mifflin and the late Kathryn I. March Waugaman. Denise was a Parts Manager for Car Quest Auto Parts and had also worked for the former Abriola Auto Parts in McKeesport.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her sons, Wade B. (Twyla) Ancarana, III., of McKeesport and Bruce Criswell of West Mifflin, sisters, Kathryn A. Waugaman of McKeesport, Tracy Cain and Jacqueline Waugaman of West Mifflin, and Donna (Jeff) Godfrey of Belle Vernon, brother, John H. (Laura) Waugaman of West Mifflin, granddaughters, Ava Marie Ancarana and Kassy Margaret Criswell, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, William Scharer. Friends are welcome Friday, March 25 from 1-3 pm at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Boston, Elizabeth Township. Services will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday, March 25, at 3:00 pm with Pastor Michael Pierson, officiating. Condolences may be made at gilbertfuneralhomeandcrematory.com
