Peggy Kay Leibold, age 74, of White Oak, died April 3, 2018, at UPMC Presbyterian. Born August 16, 1943, in Upper Tract, WV, she was the daughter of the late Berlin and Kathryn (Dean) Smith and the wife of the late Paul A. Leibold.

Peggy retired from Giant Eagle, where she worked in the meat department. She was a member of the United Food and Commercial Workers Union, Local #23. She will always be remembered for hosting the White Oak Memorial Day Parade, right in her front yard. Peggy is survived by her children, Christopher Leibold of White Oak, Lisa (David) Williams of North Huntingdon and Marci (Jason) Sacramento of North Versailles; grandchildren, Amber (Dan) Althouse, Christian Williams and partner Emily Sine, Chase and Morgan Williams also Angelo and Giada Sacramento; great grandchildren, Elliana and Chandler; sister, Karolyn Smith; nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Friday, April 6, 2018, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2018, at 10 a.m., in the funeral home chapel. Pastor Charles Owston will officiate. Burial will follow in Penn Lincoln Memorial Park.
