Geraldine R. Marzaloes, age 95 of White Oak, died December 22, 2015 at Excela Westmoreland Hospital. Born July 16, 1920 in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Clyde and Minnie (Polla) Hillegas, and beloved wife of the late Joseph A. Marzaloes. Geraldine spent her later years working for Vargos Card & Gifts in Norwin Town Square, which she greatly enjoyed. She loved spending time working on crossword puzzles, watching Jeopardy, and could always be found crocheting special blankets for her family and loved ones.

She was the loving mother of Joseph (the late Diane) Marzaloes of St. Charles, MO, Jeffrey (Catherine) Marzaloes of White Oak, the late Bill C. (surviving wife, Deborah) Marzaloes of North Huntingdon, and the late Mary Ellen (surviving husband, Michael) TenEyck of Idaho Falls, ID; grandchildren, Susan, Julie, Karen, Katie, Melissa, Doug, Kevin, Whitney, Ashley, and Brittany; 19 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Anna Mae Oleyar, and many nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Louise Heffner, Harley Hillegas, and Clyde Hillegas. Family and friends will be received Tuesday, December 29, 2015 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at 10 a.m. at St. Patrick Church. (Everyone please meet at church) Father Vincent Velas will officiate.
