Deborah Marie Labishak Orr, 63, of Pittsburgh, formerly of Clairton, passed away at John J. Kane Regional Center in Pittsburgh on Saturday, June 23, 2018.  She was born November 25, 1954 in McKeesport to the late Peter and Carolina Hallas Labishak.  Deborah is survived by brother, Terry D. Labishak of West Mifflin and sister, Cary Labishak.  Arrangements have been entrusted to S. M.
