Raymond L. Bachman, age 79, of McKeesport, died August 4, 2018, at home. Born September 29, 1938, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Raymond F. and Julia (White) Bachman.

Raymond was retired, throughout his life he was a self-employed jack of all trades. In his early years, he worked for the McKeesport Daily News in the print room. Raymond was a US Marine Corps veteran, serving during peacetime. Raymond is survived by his children, Erik Dean Bachman, Sr., of McKeesport and Erin Bachman of McKeesport; grandchildren, Erik Dean, Jr., Leona, Meghan, Zachary and Cole; great grandchildren, Erik Dean, III and Julia; sister, Tess (Edwin "Bud") Mathieu of Ocean View, Delaware. Family and friends will be received at Willig Funeral Home & Crematory on Friday, August 10, 2018, from 11 until the time of service at 1 p.m. Pastor Jody Dausey will officiate.
