William A. "Bill" School, 82, of Elizabeth Township, passed away Wednesday, November 28, 2018. He was born May 14, 1936 in Hackett and was the son of the late Thomas "Jim" and Josephine (Terchick) School. Bill was a member of St. Michael Parish in Elizabeth Township and was also a member of the Monongahela Vol. Fire Co, Sutersville Sportsman's Club and the Mingo Sportsman's Club. He loved hunting, trap shooting, golf and trips to camp with the guys.

He was also a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. Bill was a retired Inspector for Equitable Resources. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Carol Ann (Sevick) School, sons, William J. (Nancy) School of York, Donald W. (Ilga) School of Jefferson Hills, Darrell J. (Denise) School and Jeffrey M. (Kathleen) School of Monongahela, sisters, Lorraine Clawson of McMurray, Joanne Moffat of Syracuse, NY, and Irene Holmes of Venetia, grandchildren, Brian (Mandy), Kristin (Brent), Jason (Mindy), Joseph, Brandon (Lyndsey), and Heather, great-grandchildren, Katelyn, Jack, Jake, Riley, and Logan, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas School. Friends are welcome Sunday, December 2, 2018 from 1-3 and 5-8:00 pm at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. (412) 751-5000 Drew J.
