Jane N. (Konieczny) Iskat, age 89, of East McKeesport, passed away on Monday, April 11, 2016. She was born April 11, 1927 in Braddock, a daughter of the late Albert and Caroline (Kutka) Konieczny. She was a secretary for Allegheny County for over 40 years, a long-time member of St. Jude the Apostle Parish, Wilmerding, and was a former member of the Silver Sneakers Club in Turtle Creek. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, Nick Iskat, and her sister, Delores Lenart.

She is survived by her sisters Helen Skewers, Mary Ondish, and Virginia (Norman) Tamewitz; and many nieces and nephews. Friends and family will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Forgie-Snyder Funeral Home, 1032 Broadway, East McKeesport, 412-823-8083. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Jude the Apostle Parish. Interment will follow at All Saints Braddock Catholic Cemetery in Braddock.
