A construction worker, Peter is survived by his daughter Genevieve Owens, and her mother Gabrielle Garcia, of Hollywood, FL; his sisters Bayta V. (James) Owens of Egg Harbor Twp., NJ, Alycia (Gary) Heckman of Las Vegas, NV, Carla (Al) Martin of The Keys, FL, and Darlene Owens of Hollywood, FL; his brother Charles T. Owens, III of Versailles; and also nieces and nephews. Funeral arrangements are private at the request of the family and entrusted to the Daniel F.
