Philomena "Minnie" McGee Kerlin, 95, of North Huntingdon, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, December 31, 2018. She was born January 12, 1923 in Smithfield and was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Ferrara) Vona. Minnie was a member of Calvary Church in North Huntingdon and was retired from the the former Concordia Club in Pittsburgh. She is survived by daughters, Elizabeth L. "Dolly" (Paul) Schneider of Elizabeth Township, and Carol (Lewis) Byers of Versailles, sons, James H. McGee of Baltimore, MD., and Daniel L. Kerlin of North Huntingdon, grandchildren, Theresa L. Pollock, Paul Schneider, Jr., Tracey (George) Thomas, Kristy Byers, Megan (Harry) Hinch, Dina (Brent) Goldfaden, Christopher McGee, Jonathan McGee, Sr., Mark (Laurie) McGee, Robert McGee, and Michael McGee, and Theresa (Jeff) Patty, and many great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her son, Robert McGee and daughter, Barbara Toth. Friends are welcome Friday, January 4, 2019 from 4-8:00 pm at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 1638 Lincoln Way, White Oak. (412) 672-6322 Troy J. Gilbert, director.
