Betty J. Bour, age 94, of McKeesport, died January 21, 2019, at Concordia of Monroeville. Born April 30, 1924, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Selma (Anderson) Hansen and the wife of the late Marcel A. Bour.

Betty dedicated her life to caring for her home and family. She was a member of the First Evangelical Free Church of McKeesport and the McKeesport Art Group. Betty had a passion for art and she expressed that passion in her beautiful paintings. She also enjoyed attending art shows and galleries, although her greatest joy was spending time with her family. Betty is survived by her nieces and nephews, Bonnie Burt of Bedford, PA, Harry Miller of Erie, PA, Gary (Julie) Bour of North Huntingdon and Deb (Richard) Betker of Farmington, PA; also many other nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Clifford Hanson; sisters, Ruth Booth, Doris Mae Brown and Edith Jones. Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Friday, January 25, 2019, from 11 a.m.until the time of service at Noon, in the funeral home chapel. Pastor Alex Ialase will officiate. Burial will follow in McKeesport & Versailles Cemetery.
