Maryann Perez, age 51, of West Mifflin, died January 18, 2019, at AHN Jefferson Hospital. Born May 4, 1967, in Braddock, she was the daughter of the late Russell and Audrey (Lyoch) Wiley and the wife of the late Michael Perez.
