Barbara D. Ciglar, 57, of West Mifflin, died Feb. 9 2019.  She is the daughter of Betty Lou (Coughanour) Ciglar and the late John E. Ciglar.  She is survived by her brother Tom Ciglar.  She was preceded in death by her brother David Ciglar.  Barbara was a caregiver at Autumn Commons and was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Duquesne.  Friends received Teichart-Gracan Funeral Home, Duquesne Tues. from 6 to 8.  A funeral service will  be held  Wed. 2:00 pm at Christ Lutheran Church with Pastor John Gropp.
