Jennifer Lynn Hopper, age 47, of Kingwood, Texas passed away unexpectedly on Friday, March 15, 2024. She was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on February 2, 1977, to Ronald and Arlene Burger.
Jen graduated from East Allegheny High School and received a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Pittsburgh.
She was married to her high school sweetheart, Steve Hopper, for over 23 years. A mother of four, blessed by God, she embraced being the ultimate boy mom and was a cherished friend to everyone she met. Every birthday, every holiday was filled with celebration and happiness because she always wanted the very best for her family. Her boys, Colton, Connor, Collin and Cordan, were her greatest achievements and the joys of her life. Her support for Steve was unwavering.
Jen loved reading, gardening, working in the yard and just being outside. She enjoyed shopping with her mom and talking with friends and family on the phone, especially her Gram Smith. Vacations with her family and her parents were always a highlight. But, watching the boys play baseball, soccer, golf or just anything they were involved in was her favorite thing! She loved posting photos of the boys fishing with their Grandpap. There are no words to describe what a devoted mother Jen was to her boys.
