David Edward Shutts, 82, of Christy Park, passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2019. He was born August 30, 1936 in New Castle and was the son of the late Floyd R. and Kathryn Mae (Parker) Shutts. He was the husband of the late Dolores (Ayers) Shutts who passed away February 26, 2007. David was retired from the former US Steel Duquesne Works and was a US Army Veteran. He is survived by his sons, David E. Shutts, II., of Export and Daniel (Vince) Shutts of Elizabeth, brother, Wayne " Floyd" Shutts of Dravosburg, 3 grandsons and a great-grandson, a niece and 2 nephews. There is no visitation.
