Thomas W. Harter, 57, of North Versailles, died Thursday, April 28, 2016. He was born in Pittsburgh on Aug. 20, 1958, and is the son of the late Edward and Elizabeth Walsh Harter. He is survived by his loving wife, Laura Thomas Harter, of North Versailles; daughters, Elizabeth and Patricia Harter, both of North Side; sisters, Nancy (Robert) Emery, of Trafford, and Mary (Greg) Troy, of Shantilly, Va.; brothers, Gary Harter, of Vienna, Va., and Patrick (Joyce) Harter, of Scottsdale, Ariz.; step-children, Rachel Williams, of Little River, S.C., and Jason Williams, of Verona; also four grandchildren.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at STRIFFLERS OF WHITE OAK CREMATION AND MORTUARY SERVICES INC., 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, Supervisor, 412-678-6177). Mass of Christian Burial will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Regis Roman Catholic Church, 517 Homewood Ave., Trafford, PA 15085. Entombment will follow.
