Jean A. Pearson, age 90, of White Oak, died May 17, 2019, at Hempfield Manor, in Greensburg. Born August 16, 1928, in McKeesport, she was a daughter of the late Anthony and Emilia (Barone) Giannantonio and the wife of the late Robert L. Pearson.
Jean retired as a data librarian with over 30 years of service at Equibank. She was a past member of St. Perpetua Catholic Church in McKeesport. Jean and her husband enjoyed antiquing together and were the proprietors of Jacinta's and Jean & Bob's Antiques and Collectables. In addition to time spent with her husband, yearly trips with the grandchildren to Kennywood were among her fondest memories. Jean, along with Robert, will be remembered by her children, grandchildren and all who knew them as most loving, giving, caring and compassionate people.
Survivors include, Richard of Halifax, Nova Scotia, William (Kathleen), of Johns Island, S.C. and Gary (Bonna) of North Huntingdon; grandchildren, Stefan (Natasha), Nate (Anna), Meghan, Michael (Brittany), Gary (Laura), Daniel (Heather) and Douglas (Megan); 15 great grandchildren; sister, Theresa (J.R.) Harris of Alabama; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by siblings, Julia Fenczik, Josephine Denardo and infant brother, Joseph.
Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 22nd from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick Church.
