Thomas Dale Grimm, 71, of McKeesport, formerly of West Elizabeth, passed away on Tuesday, May 10, 2016, in UPMC McKeesport.

An Army veteran of the Vietnam War, he was a retired truck driver for Teamsters Local #249. Born on November 7, 1944, in Scottdale, he was a son of the late Paul and Dorothy (Shawley) Grimm. He is survived by daughters, Judith McQueen of South Park, Nanette (Charles) Nehila of Clairton, and Amy Hofmeister of Donora; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; siblings, Judith Shaw of Tarrs, Paulette (Ben) Dunton of Florida, Mary Jane (Jim) Hyde of Scottdale, Danny Grimm of Tarrs, and Dorothy (Ed) Sullenberger of Youngwood; nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his son, Walter Hofmeister and siblings, Sara Catherine Grimm, Paul Glen Grimm, and Franklin Mason Grimm. Friends will be received in the Paul E.
