Robert Americo Belardia, 82, of Buena Vista, passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2019. He was born January 24, 1937 in Buena Vista and was the son of the late Americo Michael and Adella (Krasna) Belardia. Robert was retired from US Steel National Tube Works and was a member of  Buena Vista Vol Fire Co, Elizabeth Township Sportsman's Association, Shanner Sportsman's Club and Sutersville Sportsman's Club.

He is survived by his daughters, Michelle (Glenn) Boyd of West Mifflin, and Mary Ann Stefl of Mount Pleasant, son, Mike  (Lynn) Belardia of Forward Township, sister, Marie Greenewald of Springfield, MA, grandchildren, Justin, Heather, Michael (Marissa), Alyssa, Colt (Paige), Erica, and Brittany, great-grandchildren, Sydney Marie, Cade Michael, Mia Marie, Logan, Levi Wayne and Camille Josephine.  Friends are welcome Friday, August  2, 2019 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, August  3, 2019 at 10 am. The Rev. Jody Dausey will officiate. Interment will follow in Mount Vernon Cemetery, Elizabeth Township.
