Charlotte E. Scarcella, age 85, of Westlake, Ohio, formerly of McKeesport, Pennsylvania, died August 17, 2019. Born March 7, 1934, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Charles and the late Teswaja "Tessie" (Ornowski) Padjen.

Charlotte was a retired Registered Nurse, and she took great pride in caring for others. She was a member of St. Stephen's Roman Catholic Church, in her early years. She was a graduate of McKeesport High School and went on to graduate from the McKeesport School of Nursing. Charlotte was a proud member of the Ohio Republican Party, and also served as the Membership Chairwoman for new members at Edgewater Yacht Club, where she was an avid sailor. She enjoyed downhill skiing, tennis, and golf. She loved children and animals, always with a quick treat and a kind word. Charlotte's greatest joy was being a grandmother.  She will be greatly missed by her dear friends, Rosie Bennett, and Bob Wilson.   
She is survived by her daughter, Laurie Andrijeski of Alabama; granddaughter, Adrienne Scarcella of Washington; great-grandchildren, Gabriella Marie, and Gianhi Jose.
Arrangements were entrusted to Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory.
Inurnment will be in St. Mary Polish Cemetery.
