Debra A. Marnell, 64, of McKeesport, died Thursday, September 26, 2019 at Riverside Nursing Center.  Born in McKeesport, February 14, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Mary Ruzinsky.  She is survived by her husband, Frank J. Marnell; her daughter, Angel Pieseski of McKeesport; her son, Frank J. (Val Morschl) Marnell III of Verona; and her sister in law, Esther Ruzinsky.  She was preceded in death by her brother, Ron Ruzinsky.  She was a graduate of Serra Catholic High School.  Hunter Funeral Home, Inc., 1600 Coursin Street, McKeesport, PA  15132 is in charge of funeral arrangements.
