Terry Margaret Kiggins Evans, 69, of Colorado Springs for the past 40 years, formerly of Jefferson Hills, lost her battle with cancer on May 15, 2019. She was born March 11, 1950 in Clairton and was the daughter of the late Thomas Henry and Anna Catherine Kiggins. Terry was Secretary of the Class of 1968, Thomas Jefferson High School and before moving to Colorado Springs worked for her brother-in-law, Dr. Richard Bannon, D.C. in his Chiropractic offices in Elizabeth Township. Her career continued when she moved to Colorado Springs and joined the Chiropractic office of Dr. William Salsman, D.C., where she worked until her retirement.

She is survived by her sisters, Diane Kiggins (the late Bob) Sobczak and Judy Kiggins (Dick) Bannon, her nieces and nephews: Ryan Brain, Renee Brain Pust, Sean Bannon, Kelly Bannon James, Jennifer Bannon, Thomas Mason, Scott Mason and Ricci Mason, she will be sadly missed by all of her great-nieces and nephews and lifelong friends from Jefferson Hills and Colorado Springs. Terry was preceded in death by her brothers Tommy and Danny Kiggins and her sister Beverly Kiggins Brain (Dennis). There is no visitation. Terry’s family would like to thank her devoted friends, Mary, Barbara and Kaylynn who took care of her, unselfishly, during the last months of her life. Also, her nephew Ryan Brain who was a devoted and loving nephew who spent many vacations in Colorado Springs and was with her during the final stages of her life. Terry will be missed by everyone whose life she touched. She will be remembered always when her family and friends gather.
