Ruth Ann Laughlin, 80, of Elizabeth, passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2019. She was born June 27, 1939 in Perryopolis, and was the daughter of the late Richard and Belva (Clark) Matthews. She is survived by her son, Terry Abraham of Glassport, daughter, Jody Deann Govannucci of Herminie, brother, Richard Matthews of Sutersville, sisters, Brenda Minda of Elizabeth, and Anita Keefer of Georgia, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by sons, Robin D. Matthews and Rodger L. Matthews, brothers, Robert E. and Howard Matthews, and sister, Belva Keener. Friends are welcome Saturday, October 12, 2019 from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township (412) 751-5000 Drew J.
