Betty Jane Hodge, 71, of Elizabeth Township, passed away Wednesday, December 4, 2019. She was born December 16, 1947 in McKeesport and was the daughter of the late John and Elizabeth (Toth) Lukondi. Betty was a member of the Boston United Methodist Church, and had worked for the former Giant Eagle in Olympia Shopping Center. She loved flower and vegetable gardening and playing Farmville on her computer.

She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Cortney E. Hodge, Sr., son, Cortney E. (Kathie) Hodge, Jr., of North Versailles, daughter, Lisa (Ted) Boyko of McKeesport, her grandkids, Nicolle, Rebecca, Cortney J., and Matthew Hodge and Lily Boyko, who all called her Grandma Brandy, brother, John (Sally) Lukondi of Plant City, FL, sister, Ann Booth of McKeesport, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and her Pomeranian, Angel. She was preceded in death by her dogs, Butchie, Brandy, Misty, Daisy Mae, and Sugar. Friends are welcome Saturday, December 7, 2019 from 2-6 pm at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. (412) 751-5000 Drew J.
