Valerie Jean Kruczek, age 86, of White Oak, died January 5, 2020, at Riverside Care Center of McKeesport. Born October 11, 1933, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late William E. and Nellie (Palko) Kruczek.
Jean retired from the former Feig's Bakery of White Oak, where she was a clerk and cake decorator. She was a member of the Mary, Mother of God Parish. Jean had a passion for collecting angels, and she loved her pets. Her greatest joy was caring for her family.
Jean is survived by her son, Edward Nicholas Kruczek of White Oak; brothers, Stanley Edward, and Raymond Nicholas both of White Oak; sister, Pearl (William) Perkowski of White Oak; nieces and nephews; Stan's Miniature Dachshund, Coa Coa and Edward's cat, Molly.
In addition to her parents, Jean was also preceded in death by her brother, William Kruczek, Jr.
Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Sunday, January 12, 2020, from 2 p.m. until the time of blessing service at 4 p.m., in the funeral home chapel. Inurnment will be in St. Mary's Polish Cemetery of White Oak, at a later date.
