Harry C. Bon, age 91, of McKeesport, died January 10, 2020, at Jefferson Hills Rehabilitation and Wellness Center. Born October 21, 1928, in Braddock, he was the son of the late Jacob Crnkovic Bon and Virginia (Haube) Bon-McAdams and the husband of Lucille R. (Gatto) Bon for over 64 years.

Harry was retired from McKee Asphalt Paving, where he worked as a laborer. Before that, he worked for the Trumble Corp. as a pavement foreman for over 35 years. He was a  United States Navy and United States Army veteran, during the Korean War. Harry was a member of the Hays Moose Club, the American Legion of Port Vue, Post # 447, and the Croatian Club of Braddock. He enjoyed playing cards and trips to the casino. His greatest joy was spending time with his family.
In addition to his wife, Harry is also survived by his children, Karen (Jerome) Bon Saxe of Port Charlotte FL, and Dario Bon of Alexandria VA; grandchild, Steven Saxe of Port Charlotte FL; nieces, Janet (Hillary) Baker of Liberty Borough, Debra Gatto of McKeesport, and Renee (Kevin) Ray of Florida.
Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Tuesday, January 14, 2020,  from 5 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, at 10 a.m., in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Penn Lincoln Memorial Park.
