Ruth Ann Lapinsky, 75, of Elizabeth Township, passed away Tuesday, January 28, 2020. She was born September 20, 1944 in McKeesport and was the daughter of the late James and Ruth Marie (McMillan) Suncine. Ruth Ann was a member of the former Sacred Heart Church in McKeesport and was a retired Hairdresser.

She is survived by her husband, Andrew V. Lapinsky, sons, Andrew V. (Mary) Lapinsky, Jr., of Elizabeth Township and David D. (Nermeen) Lapinsky of Corona, CA, daughter, Lisa (Rodney) Abels of Surprise, AZ, sisters, Reene Varner of Jeanette, Toni Mates of McKeesport, Bonnie Suncine of Irwin, and Sandy (Bob) Durante of North Huntingdon, brother, Vincent (Stacey) Suncine of Irwin, sister-in-law, Connie Suncine of North Huntingdon, grandchildren, Jacob D. Lapinsky, Samantha Jo Lapinsky, Justin (Elese) Lapinsky, Nicole (Tyler) Schultz, Joseph Martin, and Abigail Bickerton, great-grandchildren, Daisy Ann Lapinsky, and Nathaniel Quiroz, and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Suncine, sister, Diane Forsythe and brothers in law, Jerry and Frank. Funeral service will be held Friday, January 31, 2020 at 3 pm in the chapel of the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. (412) 751-5000 Drew J.
