Oscar DeWayne Allen, 53, born June 5, 1955 to the late Robeana Casey in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. He departed this life on February 19, 2020. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter Shawnta’ Petty and sister Jolanda Casey.

DeWayne attended and graduated from McKeesport  High School. He worked at Westinghouse for over 15 years. Anyone that knew DeWayne would say that he had a special relationship with his grandchildren, they called him “G LOC.”

His memories will be cherished by his daughters, Osa Robinson and Latasha Allen; grandchildren, Shawn Petty Jr, Tamara Petty, Keshaun Wilson, Jolaya Robinson, Darrell Thomas, Jazmyne Thomas; sisters, Patrice Payne, Osa Payne, Jennifer Casey McDonald, Joanna Lundy, Jackie Jenkins; brothers, John  Allen, Edwin  Allen; ex-wife, Debra Robinson; nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
