Helena M. Webb-Bey, age 61, of McKeesport, died February 22, 2020, at home. Born on April 28, 1958, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Charles Millsap and Floann Clark.
Helena was a Moorish American Muslim and was an honorary member of the Unity Temple and the Moorish Science Temple of America. She was a talented artist and jeweler, and also loved to do crafts and computer coding.
She is survived by her daughters; Dionna El of the Northwest Amexum, and Shana Webb of Washington D.C.; grandsons, Daniel El, Allah El, and Successful El; granddaughter Llaila El; great-grandsons Nazier El and Naveen El; sisters Charlottle Millsap, Sharon Millsap, Christina Millsap, and Juanita Millsap; brothers Bobby Millsap, John Millsap, Lamont Millsap and Ricky Millsap.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother Charles Millsap Jr.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Willig Funeral Home & Crematory.
