Doris Jean Fazekas, 94, of Versailles, formerly of Elizabeth Township, passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2020. She was born November 18, 1925 in McKeesport and was the daughter of the late Daniel F. and Blanche (Dalton) McLaughlin. Doris was a member of Mary, Mother of God Parish- St. Patrick Church in Christy Park. She was a former nurse's Aid at McKeesport Hospital and had also worked for the former Kill's Drug Store in Glassport.

She is survived by her daughter, Nancy A. Kendall of North Huntingdon and son, A. Daniel Fazekas of North Carolina, sister, Shirley Barnes of Elizabeth Township, grandchildren, Ed (Jean) Kendall, Todd (Heather) Kendall, Kevin (Abby) Kendall and Jody Fazekas, Connie (Aaron) Thomas, Beth (Todd) Hancock, Heather (Simon) Allison, and David (Sarah) Fazekas, great-grandchildren, Brandon, Raynee, Ian, Paige, Gabrielle, Georgia, Olivia, Fallon and Colby, son-in-law,John D. Rymarowicz of Elizabeth Township, and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Karan M. Rymarowicz, sister, Helen Ressler, and former husband, Albert Charles Fazekas. Friends are welcome Friday. March 6, 2020 from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township.(412) 751-5000 Drew J.
