Donna Jean Petrow, age 90, of Rensselaer, IN passed away Saturday, April 18, 2020, in her home. She was born on October 19, 1929, in McKeesport, PA to John and Clara (Urbaski) Gibb.

Donna was educated at East McKeesport High School and graduated with the Class of 1946. She then went on to graduate from cosmetology school in 1947. On March 5, 1949, in Bryn Mawr, PA, she married Roderick Robert Petrow, who preceded her in death on September 17, 2013.

Donna was active in her community and many organizations. She was a longtime member of the Linway United Presbyterian Church in North Versailles and an original member of the 500 Club for fifty years. Also, Donna served on the Allegheny County, Pittsburgh Voter Election Board.

Donna is survived by her daughters, Jo Anne (Ronald Warran) Winton of Rensselaer, IN, and Denice J. (Jeff) Huff of Cambridge, OH; grandchildren, Stephanie Kronen, Kimberly Yeoman, Brian Kronen, Tosha Jordan, Nicole (Jay) Pershing, Erica Hannahs, and Josh (Erica) Schork; ten great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Donna was preceded in death by her beloved husband and parents.

A private visitation will take place at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home in McKeesport, PA. Burial will immediately follow at Mount Vernon Cemetery in her hometown of McKeesport, PA. Jackson Funeral Chapel of Rensselaer is honored to assist Donna’s family with local arrangements.
